Okay,
this morning (at 4:45am) I had a cup of yogurt and a toasted bagel. I had water to drink with that. I plan on drinking atleast 96 fl oz of water through out today as well. And again, I'll workout for minutes of cardio. The cardio consists of a program on my treadmill which keeps my heart rate up between 116 and 136 through out the 40 minutes. Any other suggestions for cardio work outs?

Drinking lots of water is a great idea. Pick up that Men's Health and try that cardio workout I suggested. It's kinda like cardio for dummies, it's how this one cycling trainer started all over with cardio and he shed some serious poundage with it.
Water! It's probably the most overlooked part of eating healthy. Water can be compared to oil in a car. It's keeps everything going smoothly. You want your body to perform as smoothly as possible to make it easier for you to more physical activities.
Trust me, drinking water isn't going to hurt you. In fact, the more you exercise, the more you'll notice that you'd rather have it than a coke or tea after a hard workout.
As far as other cardio workout, the best one is probably swimming. . . very nice on your body. Try rowing or biking. Can't go wrong with any of them.
I like beer. beer's mostly water. I should be fine.
