I have purposely not been weighing myself. I want to avoid the trap of looking at my weight and having that be my measure of success. That said of course since it's been a couple of weeks I decided to hop on and come to discover I've lost about 10lbs.
I've cleaned up my diet but and not being all nazi like. I'm not counting calories but I try to have an idea about everything I put in and am shooting for somewhere around 2000-2500 a day.
I'm going about it differently than Shane. I'm doing weights a fair amount, trying to expand into new machines or exercises and this past week actually cut back on the Elipitical and only went 20 minutes instead of 30 on days I made it to the gym (Mon, Tues, Wed and today). I've compensated by starting out and progressing faster than normal though. According to the calorieometer (my word) 0n the machine that equate to burning about 500 vs the 650-680 going 30 minutes.
I imagine I'd have lost more poundage had I been skipping the weights and the protein shakes but my goal isn't about a number.

Just kidding, that sounds good man. I wish I was able to get on one of those elyptical machines.
