Week 6 Weigh In!!!
It has been a loooong weekend and an even LONGER week. I fell behind on EVERYTHING this week. Workout, eating regiment, AND SCHOOL. I have got to get my "MOJO" back. I'm in a little bit of a rut working out and running. It started to get more like a "chore" than anything else. I know it's mostly a mindset, and I need to fix that... However, I digress. We are here for the WEIGH IN!! My current weight is 256! A current weight loss of 0! I know I must not get discouraged. I physically feel exhausted and I need a revival in the worse way. Hopefully, I'll push through!! Best

I've been on a vacation for the last few days. I missed my goal of 250 by february 10th. I need to start using the bike in the other room as something other than the thing that holds the "not quite dirty" clothes.
I'm back now. weighed in this morning at 258 after a weekend of boozing and gluttony. I should be able to knock a couple pounds off pretty easily.
now that football season is over, I can completely commit to this program.
