Is it really that hard to wear deodorant at the gym? I know I am sort of a clean freak, there are times I take a shower before going to the gym. But c'mon dude, you smell when you haven't put some deodorant on in a week.
Also, you guys suck.

I hate the scale
But since it's the cool thing to do I jumped on.

I'm lifting more than I ever did when I lost a bunch of weight in 2005. It's obviously hard to build muscle with my weight, activity level (elipictal 15-30 minutes 5x a week, 2 flag football team and dodgeball) and a 2000-2500 calorie daily intake. I'm supplementing with about 60 grams of protein most days, not nearly enough according to the experts but I feel it's better than nothing. My strength has improved and I can tell there has been some gain muscle wise.
I've pretty much stuck to the same foods 4 days a week.
1 Yogurt
1 Low cal energy drink
1 Breakfasty type protein bar
1-2 Bananas
0-1 Apples
1 Lean Cuisine Pizza
2 100 calorie packs of Doritos
1 100 calorie pack of cookies
2 string cheese
some wheat thins or triscuits
1 turkey sandwich with 1 slice american cheese
maybe a lower cal ice cream treat (50-150 cals)
1-2 milk and protein mix
I haven't grown tired of it yet. The only fast food I've done is Subway and Baja Fresh.
Weekends are harder for me but am still doing decently. I'm done typing now. I am tired and am going to a nice restaurant then a concert. I'm on 13 hours sleep for the past 3 nights, tonight won't help.

I'm down to 256. I shouldn't be disappointed, I've lost 7 pounds in 7 weeks. at this pace, I'll be back to my birthweight in October 2011. but I should've dropped these easy pounds quicker.

Blech
What a shitty fucking workout this morning.
I felt like I was in a perpetual slow motion, like a dream sequence of Warning and Pujols running toward each for a tight embrace as soft music played. I couldn't get anything going.
Then on top of that my knee was hurting. I had been wearing one of the jumper's knee bands but it tore up pretty good a couple of weeks back during a football game and now it's hurting again. I guess I can surmise that the damn thing worked and it wasn't just an accessory.
Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
As an aside, I was going to do the Hydrostatic body fat test so I could get a good indicator 3 months down the road when they returned. But the fuckers would only take a check. I don't use checks, in fact don't have any. It's 2007, take a fucking credit card, a debit card or how about currency? Fuckers.

I've given up fast food for Lent, this should help. I've got the biggest gut of my life right now. The first 6 weeks of 2007 has been awful with work and time has just not been there. I'm back in the game now and looking forward to really shreddin off some fat over the next couple weeks.

Week 6 Weigh In!!!
It has been a loooong weekend and an even LONGER week. I fell behind on EVERYTHING this week. Workout, eating regiment, AND SCHOOL. I have got to get my "MOJO" back. I'm in a little bit of a rut working out and running. It started to get more like a "chore" than anything else. I know it's mostly a mindset, and I need to fix that... However, I digress. We are here for the WEIGH IN!! My current weight is 256! A current weight loss of 0! I know I must not get discouraged. I physically feel exhausted and I need a revival in the worse way. Hopefully, I'll push through!! Best

These are the days
No, not the 10,000 Maniacs song but rather the days I hate.
First off I didn't fall asleep until 1:30 AM this morning. The alarm then did it's deed at 5am. Fuck me.
At work I was in spreadsheet hell all day and did a bunch of work all for naught.
On the drive home I pass fast food place after food place and hear commercials for some fresh KFC. Shit. I make it through temptation and still have to go to the gym.
By now it's about 5:15 and the place is a fucking zoo. I'm tired and I pulled an ass muscle doing your mom. I get through my cardio but cuts legs stuff short because it's a constant stream of people.
I really hate people.
Anyhow I feel better having gone and eaten dinner now. Soon I will be the new chesty.
BTW, I actually pulled my ass muscle playing dodgeball, how I have no idea but I did get Player of the Week honors. I feel stronger compared to the fall season. We're 4-0 and have beaten what I think is our competition. I feel a ring coming this session.
